# Pre-Deposit Vault

> The first phase of the Tori Ecosystem Vault, curated by RockawayX via Upshift

## Overview

  The pre-deposit phase is complete. The vault has converted to the Ecosystem Vault, which runs with a soft lock-up and a 7-day withdrawal period. This page stays up as a record of how the first phase worked.

The pre-deposit vault was the first phase of the Tori Ecosystem Vault, curated by RockawayX via Upshift. Depositors put in USDC or USDT to earn rewards and Cores from the first day, with a 2x Cores boost and waived fees for the length of the phase.

Season 1 of Cores began June 23, 2026 with this phase.

## How rewards work

Rewards accrue through share price appreciation. As the vault earns, each etrUSD becomes worth more. Your token balance stays the same, so there are no manual claims and no rebasing.

## Lock-up and withdrawals

During the pre-deposit phase, deposits sat under a 30-day hard lock-up. When the phase ended, the vault converted to the Ecosystem Vault, which has a soft lock-up and a 7-day withdrawal period.

## Verification

Accountable provides proof-of-solvency reporting for the vault, and RockawayX monitors it independently.
